This is always a difficult but easy question to answer. To me, value isn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive product or service. Value, to me in essence is a fair service for a fair price. Remember the old saying – “A fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work?” The same rings true for our service offering.
We have a few hard and fast rules that we will never compromise on.
Firstly – we believe in supporting our struggling farmers. We exclusively use Sungold milk from Warrnambool Cheese and Butter. Not only is it a premium milk, their company ethics align with ours. You will NEVER find supermarket brand milk in our business.
Likewise, we use the very best alternative milks in BonSoy and Milklab Almond milk. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best money can buy.
When we think about value, we don’t aim to be the cheapest, and never will.
To us, pricing is not relative to value. Value comes in the form of what is it that we are providing to our clients. There are the tangible things, such as product, equipment – the things that you can see and feel. The intangibles are where we create value for our clients. Our years of experience, our knowledge of all things events, the skills and deep industry knowledge of our barista’s…the list goes on.
